Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from Montre Swiss. Any pre-owned watch purchased from Montre Swiss of North America may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within three (14) calendar days from receipt. This policy is provided that the watch has not been worn.  We ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of this fourteen calendar day return policy, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense.  The package must be post marked by UPS, FedEx, or the USPS before the 14th calendar day with confirmation and tracking emailed to us at  We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping.  Unless otherwise stated on this website, or any product page, there is no return policy whatsoever on any watch listed as a "new”.  All International sales are "final" unless other agreement is negotiated in the sale.

Watches sold as NEW, UNWORN, or watches sold with an OPEN Rolex warranty card that has been filled in may NOT be returned without a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. This 25% fee is due to the fact that the watch may no longer be sold as new or unworn.

To facilitate returns:

  • Returns must be returned postmarked before fourteen calendar days (except on new watches which are not returnable unless otherwise stated) to Montre Swiss of North America from the date of receipt.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for returns
  • Do not remove any plastic seals etc. until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the plastic or tags, the item will not be accepted for return. 
  • You must call Montre Swiss of North America’s customer service number 417-454-4000 for a return authorization within the time stated on the item listing.

Montre Swiss of North America warranties all watches for three full years from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice. The warranty does not cover: cracked or broken crystals, water damage due improperly tightened crown, or damage from abuse or misuse.  All international sales are "final".

Montre Swiss of North America may extend (at our discretion) to an well established customer a "Lay-away" or a deposit program to hold a watch for up to 30 days. The amount put down for this "Lay-away" option is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Special order items do not qualify for a refund and also are NON-REFUNDABLE. No-Date style watches except Rolex Submariners with a reference of 14060M and 14060 are NON-REFUNDABLE.
